International Orders
We currently do not handle international orders online. Please contact us directly at sales at gingerandjade dot com if you would like to place an order. Shipping charges will apply.

Credit Cards
GingerandJade.com accepts payment via Google Checkout (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard).

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within the State of California. Tax charges will appear automatically during your checkout.

Shipping
Free shipping is offered in the continental (lower 48) United States. We cannot guarantee exact ship dates because our jewelry is handmade to order. We like to give a 2–3 week shipping window. Please contact us if you have a time-sensitive request, and we would be happy to work with your needs. All orders are shipped insured at retail value.

Return Policy
All items are made to order, and great care is taken with each piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges for unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Credit must be used within 1 month from the date of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

GingerandJade.com is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you insure all shipments and use padding when packaging.
